Bonzo Lend Exploit — $9M Drained. Not a Network Hack.

July 11: Bonzo Lend lost ~$9.05M via an oracle manipulation — but Hedera's core network was never compromised. The flaw was in Supra Labs' BLS signature verifier (third-party). The attacker submitted a zero-signature ([0,0], point-at-infinity) that passed pairing checks, inflating SAUCE token price by ~12 orders of magnitude. Drained: 6.63M USDC + 34.5M WHBAR. Funds moved: SaucerSwap → Ethereum → Tornado Cash. White-hat recovered ~$1M, signaled return. Bonzo paused lending. Supra patched the verifier. Hedera confirmed: core network unaffected. This is a DeFi app-layer incident, not a Hashgraph issue.
